PAYMENT TERMS
| Prices |
All prices are in US dollars ($). We accept purchase orders, wire transfers, VISA,
MasterCard and American Express.

| Terms |
All payments are due in full 30 days from date of our invoice. |
| International taxes |
Payment of all taxes and duties due in any country outside the United States is the
customer's responsibility. Our prices are net after all such tax and duty payments.

| Quantity discounts |
All product orders must be placed on a single purchase order unless there is prior
written permission for multiple orders over a single 90-day period.

| Right to change |
We reserve the right to change prices, discount schedules and terms and conditions at
any time without notice.

SHIPPING AND MEDIA FEES
All products are delivered electronically as downloads from our web site, by ftp, or email.
Documentation is available on the Technical Support Page. Physical
copies of the software will be sent upon request via Federal Express at the following extra cost.

LICENSE AND PRICE APPLICABILITY
SwiftView licenses do not apply to products or systems purchased from or developed by
third-party organizations. This means that a SwiftView license does not entitle the
license-holder to discounts on products provided by other companies which include SwiftView
as a component.
These prices and the granted licenses apply to the single business entity designated by the
purchasing paperwork only.
These prices do not apply to organizations or entities that charge for the distribution or
viewing of documents or drawings through the use of SwiftView, Inc. products. Licenses for
that purpose must be individually negotiated. Examples include, but are not limited to, application
service providers, integrators and value-added resellers of all kinds.
SOLE SOURCE
SwiftView, Inc. certifies that it is the sole source of all SwiftView products, including
our SwiftView Viewer. We sell our products direct to customers worldwide and provide support to
those customers.
EFFECTIVE DATE
These terms and conditions are effective 14 February 2005.
